Trading Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement
I. Acceptance by Mojay Pots of any order from the
Customer will be subject to the Terms and Conditions
of Sale and the Customer shall be deemed to have
purchased with full knowledge of these conditions.
II. A completed and signed Trade Application is required
from all trade customers prior to purchasing at trade
price. A trade account does not constitute a Credit
Account with Mojay Pots.
2. Payment Terms
I. Mojay Pots offers two payment-term options:
a) Prepaid – For new accounts and customers with
annual spend below $5000.
• Payment for all orders must be received
prior to dispatch.
b) 30 Days – For approved customers with annual
spend above $5000.
• Payment for all orders must be received
within 30 days of invoice date.
• Where payment is not received within 30
days of invoice date, Mojay Pots reserves
the right to suspend or cancel 30 Day terms
and your account may be changed to
Prepaid terms for future orders.
Mojay Pots retains title of all items
delivered until payment has been
received.
3. Payment methods
I. Mojay Pots accepts payments via the following
methods:
• Cash
• Bank Transfer
• EFTPOS (in Showroom)
• Credit Card – Visa/Mastercard (in showroom
or over the phone)
II. Payments received after the due date may attract late
fees including 5% of invoice value per month and legal
costs for debt recovery.
4. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Delivery
I. Delivery fees apply to all orders where delivery is
required, unless waived by Mojay Pots.
II. Standard delivery is to nearest level surface accessible
by truck. If unpacking and placement are required
additional charges may apply.
6. Claims – Damage, Defects and Short Delivery
I. Credit and replacement claims for goods found
damaged, defected or short delivered must be
emailed to office@Mojaypots.com.au no later than 7
days from date of delivery and must include photos of
damage/defects. No goods are to be returned without
prior approval from Mojay Pots.
II. Many of our handmade products feature slight
variations in size, colour and finish which do not
constitute product fault, and therefore are not
claimable.
III. No deductions from the invoice can be made without
approval from Mojay Pots Short payment of an
invoice without prior approval may deem your account
overdue and subject to overdue account action.
7. Refund and Exchange
I. Return of goods due to change of mind or cancellation
of order may be approved at the discretion of Mojay Pots.
II. No returns will be accepted without prior approval
from Mojay Pots.
III. Returned items may incur a restocking fee and return
delivery charges.
IV. Authorised returns must be received in the condition
you received them and in the original box and
packaging if applicable.
